Problem
The event–creation flow was long and confusing. New users didn’t understand how to get started, abandoned early, and never reached real value — hurting activation and sales.

Opportunity
Create a simple, guided “event bundle” process that removes cognitive load and gets users to a complete event quickly.
Research Findings

1. How do people get decision when planing an event?
2. What is the most stressing them out?
3. What are thy search for first?

After releasing the product to the market and performing usability testing we gained a few key insights:
1st Insight
Modal window for purchsing is not. the right chose, because it is not scalable

A modal isn’t a modal if the user is scrolling.
The fix: give the flow a real home.

2nd Insight:
Once the user "purchases a bundle", they are faced with questions such as:
"How flexible is this bundle? How can we make changes to food/music?"
